REVIEW: APIEU Mineral Mono Shadow (Rilakkuma Edition) in MBE101 Honey Jam

So as mentioned in my last post, this is the second product I'd love to share with you all: Apieu's Mineral Mono Shadow (Rilakkuma edition). There has been so many collaborations with Korean makeup roadshops and characters, but I can't help but to buy something from each collection! So in this collection, I grabbed the single eyeshadow because of it's adorable packaging as well as the hand cream and the tea tree stick (let me know if you want review on either one of these).

When looking at the shades available, I had most of the shades (from palettes or other brands) but I thought having a single shadow of this shade would be useful as I could use this as a shadow all-over base or highlight.

SMELL: No scent

SIZE: 1.9g of product

PRICE: Purchased on Tester Korea, for ~$3 (3,000 Won)

EFFECTIVENESS: Blendable, little fallout, a bit chalky, not very pigmented (but it is a white/beige shade). However, it does work pretty well as a shadow base.

Swatches:

Shade in the center (hard to see since it is close to my skin tone)
Ignore the other swatches to the right they were for my other review hehe. 

RATING: 3.5/5 Stars

PROS:

Blendable
Cute packaging
Rilakkuma outline on the actual shadow

CONS: 

Not well pigmented

Chalky

Some fallout

RECOMMEND?: 

I would recommend this to someone who is looking for a decent shadow base at an affordable price!
